Submitting a form, sending an email, using WhatsApp, accessing the portal, requesting information, or otherwise contacting 3454 Designs does not by itself create a client, contractor, design, professional-services, or other contractual relationship. Services begin only under a separate written agreement accepted by the applicable parties.

Project Information and Estimates

Any preliminary scope, schedule, pricing, feasibility or project information discussed before a written agreement is for planning purposes only and may change after site conditions, plans, jurisdictional requirements, engineering, selections, subcontractor pricing, or other project conditions are evaluated.

Professional Services

Where a project requires services that must be performed or sealed by a licensed architect, professional engineer, or other licensed professional, those services will be provided or coordinated separately by appropriately licensed professionals as applicable.

Project Images

Images and renderings are provided to illustrate design work and project concepts. Completed construction may differ from renderings or drawings because of selections, field conditions, owner changes, code requirements, engineering and construction decisions.
