This project showcases a custom residential design developed to balance modern aesthetics with functional living, tailored for both everyday use and entertaining.

The design features a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath layout, organized around an open-concept main living area with high ceilings and abundant natural light. White oak flooring is carried throughout the home to create a cohesive and warm interior palette.

The kitchen was designed as a central gathering space, incorporating custom cabinetry, premium appliance integration, and a large natural stone island. Adjacent spaces include a dedicated dining area, private office, and a wine storage feature to enhance both functionality and lifestyle.

The primary suite is located on the main level and designed as a private retreat, complete with a spacious layout and a large walk-in closet. Additional bedrooms were designed with en-suite bathrooms to provide privacy and comfort.

The upper level includes three bedrooms, a media room, and a flexible loft space, creating separation between private and shared living areas.

Exterior elements were designed to extend the living space outdoors, including a covered patio, outdoor fireplace, and a pool-ready backyard intended for future customization.

This project reflects a focus on efficient space planning, buildability, and clean modern design, aligned with the needs of homeowners and builders.
